Hi my name is Crystal Contreras. I’ve been practicing relief printmaking since 2022 and currently reside in an artist community. My artistic journey began much later in life when I moved back to Santa Cruz as an adult when the pandemic began. This time in my life really fulfilled me. I took time to explore nature, my family, myself and my art. Without that time I would not be the person I am today. Nowadays I find myself inspired by food, nature, and statements.
